I have thoroughly enjoyed working out with my Plano personal trainer. Lady Trainers To Go visits my home twice a week, and it is by far, the best solution for me. My health is important, and I needed to make it my central focus. At my age, the gym isn’t necessarily the best option for me. The equipment is too much for me to handle and I’m not always able to get there.

My trainer has been great. She’s positive and encouraging. She also pushes me to challenge myself, but also takes into consideration my physical limitations. Lady Trainers To Go did a wonderful job at pairing me up with my Dallas personal trainer. She is a perfect match for my personality! I love the fact that my trainer constantly challenges me to push harder each workout. By doing so, I am getting stronger, seeing faster results and feeling more confident.
