Rising euro will stop even more Brits travelling to Europe

The tourism sector has never been as bad hit what with oil prices on the up, bird and swine flu outbreaks and the worst recession in living memory. The pound has fallen to a record low against the euro and dollar and the majority financers believe the Bank of England is more than happy to see this come to fruition, as GB Limited becomes more competitive.
The falling pound is an excellent aspect to aid UK exporters by making their products cheaper to foreign importers and encourage tourists to visit the UK which in turn helps the domestic economy and finally by persuading people in the UK to holiday in the UK because the outlay of vacating outside the Uk is now so much more expensive..
Historically, as a percentage of population no other country sees so many travellers taking a foreign holiday and this is already evident in reduced income more often than not seen in such countries as Italy, Spain, Turkey, America, Sweden, Romania, Holland, Ireland, Egypt. Indeed it has been forcast that for 2009 more than a million less Brits will visit Spain and given Spain’s high reliance on tourist income this will be a major blow to their finances at all levels, causing businesses to shut down and increase unemployment.
The falling pound on top of all the other factors has already had a bad effect on income for Travel industry firms serving the Brits travelling abroad. Airport firms, travel agents and hotels close to UK airports are all announcing reduced figures for the current year and the recent significant fall in the pound can only make 2010 even worse. All these companies will have to take clarity of these factors and you will be right in expecting to see cheaper East Midlands airport parking and East Midlands hotel parking prices.
Another problem for people involved is how to second guess the exchange rates, for example a hotel abroad might have to list their prices now, without knowing which way the rates are going to go, but if the price is set in pounds and the pound continues to fall they could be in big trouble. Or conversely the travel agent agrees the price in euros they could also be in danger.
Making a Clickable Country Map For Your Website

For many directory owners it could be helpful to have a link to different geometric areas of the world or of their territory, whether it be for location specific information, sales of products or types of directory. A visual image like a map with areas that are clickable would be the right idea. Visitors can be presented with a clickable map of Germany rather than a bunch of links or a dropdown menu for Germany.
It takes time and care for a webmaster to make a clickable map and it would be an impressive addition to the website content.
First you need to find the correct size of map, either by scanning and reducing to desired size and then working to make it clear and colorful in a decent graphics program. That includes enhancing the boundaries of the states that you will eventually make clickable.
Next, the difficult part is to import the map image into a html editor or some map editing software that is capable of drawing hotspots upon the image and in turn make these hotspots into readable coordinates within the html code and when that is done each hotspot will be clickable when presented in the browser.
Each clickable region can hyperlink to an url of your choice so for a clickable state map of UK and Ireland for example can link to an informative page for your visitors when they choose Greater London, Warwickshire, Devon and Cornwall etc etc Great for sending visitors to images or your affiliate links or regional news as another example.
Of course all this work to make a clickable map is too time consuming or probably unfathomable for some people without knowledge of website building but the vast majority know how to add hyperlinks.
You can find ready made clickable maps of USAat clickablemaps.com or the webmaster can make one just for you. Clickable maps of Europe, UK, USA and Asia are all available and with the new MapHilight JQuery Plugin by David Lynch. Now that would save time and a nice idea too.
Bari, Galway & Shannon Temperature and Climate In Winter, Spring, Summer and Autumn

The Bari temperatures in the February winter month fall in the region of a minimum of 5.3 and a maximum of 12.7 degrees on average. After winter comes spring and the Bari climate warms with mean temperatures in May in the range of 12.9 to 22.2 degrees celcius. In August the summertime Bari temperature range is from an average low of 19.1 degrees to an average high of 28.3 degrees celcius. Average temperatures begin to fall in the autumn so that in November the Bari climate has records of mean temperatures of between 9.1 and 17.1 degrees low and high respectably.
The Galway temperatures in the December winter month fall in the region of a minimum of 3.0 and a maximum of 8.9 degrees on average. After winter comes spring and the Galway climate warms with mean temperatures in March in the range of 3.2 to 9.5 degrees celcius. In June the summertime Galway temperature range is from an average low of 9.9 degrees to an average high of 16.9 degrees celcius. Average temperatures beging to fall in the autumn so that in September the Galway climate has records of mean temperatures of between 10.1 and 16.2 degrees low and high respectably.
In the winter the mean Shannon temperature for January has been recoreded to be on average in the range of 2.6 and 8.2 degrees celcius. Then in the spring time temperatures in Shannon, Ireland record mean low values of 4.8 degrees and temp highs of 12.7 degrees celcius in the month of April. In summery July the average values for the Shannon climate reach up to to from 12.0 to 19.4 degrees celcius and by the autumn mean temperatures tumble to the range of 8.0 and 14.2 degrees in October.

Flowers are one of nature’s heralds of the seasons. Unlike other annuals these hardy annual flowers don’t like hot weather as they are not heat tolerant. These annual flowers have the ability to make all of these occasions seem special merely by the fact of their use. The half hardy annual flowers include torenia, snow-on-the-mountain, blue sage, strawflower, baby’s breath, candytuft, bells of Ireland, celoma, love-in-a-mist, and forget-me-nots.
Unlike tender annuals these half hardy annuals have no need of warm soil conditions for the seeds to begin sprouting. While some flower species can’t tolerate lots of hot summer weather the half hardy annuals may sometimes droop for the weather but they will perk up in the later summer months. Combining the best of modern technology with the sleek lines of tried and tested cars from the past, concept cars are often tentative feelers put out by automobile companies to test the waters before ‘diving’ into serious production. This gained almost instant popularity with the general public. Beautiful to behold, concept cars show off radical, futuristic designs, powerful engines and sometimes even controversial technology.
The majority of concept cars seen at automobile exhibitions such as the Geneva Motor Show are the dream rides of automobile fans and racing enthusiasts, but are more often than not only show models made of wax, clay, metal, fibreglass and plastic. There will also be a limited amount of car concepts sold to the public. An interesting example of an old, operational concept car being brought back into service would be the 1954 Ford Lincoln Futura, which after having been stored in the North Hollywood car shop of George Barris came out of storage to rise to stardom as the Batmobile of the 1966 Batman series on the ABC Television Network.
On the same note, current examples for concept cars would be the Mercedes-Benz bionic car (this is said to combine the best of nature, technology and the ever popular DaimlerCrysler engine), the 2006 BMW Mille Miglia concept coupe (based on the earlier BMW 328 Touring coupe and the BMW Z4 M coupe), the Camaro Concept sports coupe (which follows the lines of the first Camaros) and the Chrysler Imperial Concept 2006 (a direct descendent of classic Imperial and Chrysler designs). Sadly, the majority of concept cars are destroyed once their use has been served.
