What a time I’ve had of late it all started with a problem with my tap leaking well anyway I tried to find a localised plumber in the local telephone directory – who would turn up within a week no chance there In Any Case I determined to do a search on google for Plumbers Gas Safe in Manchester. Hit gold with that one there they where on-line .In Any Case I used the contact form and within about 15 minutes I had a phone call to set up an appointment .That’s what I call service. To cut a long story short they came out the same day and where quite a bit cheaper than the firm who could not get to me for nearly a week.

Shortly after the 1st problem was resolved don’t I get a telephone call from a acquaintance saying somebody has rammed into his motorcar from behind and are refusing any obligation. Not really certain how that works as they clearly rammed into his car. Well hot on my winner with google and the phantom plumbers don’t I get on-line and go searching for a Manchester Personal Injury Solicitor for him. Only on the off chance that his policy has some small little clause about legal costs who knows?

On a lighter note an individual I know has decided to expend some of their redundancy on purchasing a sandwitch delivery business. Not quite certain if they have done as much research as they should ahead of going for it .I have assured them that they require a Manchester Chartered Accountant to look at the books as these individuals recognize precisely what they are looking at. For the fee it could well save him thousands if the business concern is going to fold or hopefully the accountant will turn around and say that it seems like a lucrative business go for it.

So all in all the last few weeks have been quite heavy around here. Looking ahead to a few smooth weeks now with no leaks or phone calls about car accidents.

What a time I’ve had lately it all started with a problem with my sink leaking well anyway I attempted to get a local plumber in the local telephone directory – who could come out within a week no chance there In Any Event I determined to do a search on google for Plumbers in Newcastle. Hit gold with that one there they where on-line .Anyways I filled in the contact form and inside of about 25 minutes I received a phone call to arrange an appointment .That’s what I call service. To cut a long story short they arrived the same day and where rather a bit cheaper than the firm who would not get to me for about a week.

Shortly after the first problem was resolved don’t I get a phone call from a friend saying someone has crashed into his car from behind and are refusing any obligation. Not quite sure how that works as they clearly rammed into his motorcar. Well hot on my winner with google and the phantom plumbers don’t I get on-line and go searching for a Newcastle Solicitor for him. Just on the off chance that his insurance has some little little clause about legal costs who knows?

On a lighter note someone I know has resolved to expend some of their redundancy on purchasing a car cleaning business concern. Not quite positive if they have done as much research as they should before going all out for it .I have told them that they want a Newcastle Accountant to look at the books as these individuals know precisely what they are looking at. For the price it could well save him thousands if the business is going to fold or hopefully the accountant will turn around and say that it looks like a lucrative business go for it.

So all in all the last few weeks have been quite heavy around here. Looking onward to a few settled weeks now with no leakages or phone calls about car accidents.

What a time I’ve had lately it all started out with a problem with my tap leaking well in any case I attempted to find a localised plumber in the localised telephone directory – who would surface within a week no luck there In Any Case I resolved to do a search on google for Newcastle Plumbers. Hit gold with that one there they where on-line .Anyhow I used the contact form and inside of about 10 minutes I took a telephone call to set up an appointment .That’s what I call service. To cut a long story short they came out the very day and where rather a bit cheaper than the firm who could not get to me for about a week.

Not long after the original problem was solved don’t I get a telephone call from a acquaintance alleging somebody has crashed into his motorcar from behind and are abnegating any responsibleness. Not quite certain how that goes as they clearly drove into his motorcar. Well hot on my winner with google and the phantom plumbers don’t I get online and go looking for a Solicitor in Newcastle  for him. Merely on the off chance that his insurance policy has some microscopic little clause about legal costs who knows?

On a brighter note somebody I know has determined to spend some of their redundancy on buying a sandwitch delivery business concern. Not really sure if they have done as much research as they should ahead of going for it .I have told them that they want a Accountant in Newcastle to look at the records as these people recognise exactly what they are looking at. For the price it could well save him thousands if the business concern is going to fold or with a bit of luck the accountant will turn around and say that it seems like a paying business go for it.

So all in all the last few weeks have been quite eventful around here. Looking ahead to a few smooth weeks now with no more leaks or telephone calls about car accidents.

How To Make Money With Article Directories

March 26, 2009 by Jason58 · 2 Comments

Article directories are websites that contain a lot of articles. Most of these articles are usually put there by the one that owns the copyright to them, and usually as a promotion method.

The way to make money with an article directory is to supply each article with your byline placed under it, so that everyone reading the article will a) know who wrote it, and b) will be able to visit your website to gather more information. By repeatedly using this method, people who are interested in your product or service will notice your articles, view you as knowledgeable about the topic, and may even end up visiting your website.

Even if you can not write anything about on the topic which you are promoting, you can always hire a writer to do the work for you. Getting top quality articles written is usually very expensive, however they will eventually pay for themselves, through affiliate sales (if you are promoting as an affiliate), or selling your own services.

Here’s a real life example. Let’s pretend that you are an accountant working from home, and you decide to write an article on a topic you feel familiar with; accounting. You then post it to various article directories. Those who are searching for information on the topic you wrote about will find, and read your article. They will notice that you indeed have the knowledge and skill they are looking for in order to some work for them, and ends up visiting your website to contact you.

The article you wrote just landed you a new client! This client may even decide to use your services regularly, and end up giving you a nice recurring profit. Now remember, since you have posted it on not one, but serveral free article directories, many others who have affiliate websites about accounting will find and use your article on their own website. The great thing about this, is that since they must attach your byline to it, they will help bringing you even more exposure – and sales!

There are several article directories out there for you to post your articles on. Your best course of action is to put a copy of each of your articles on as many as you can find for maximum exposure. This will eventually help to bring more traffic and customers to your website, which will lead to even more new orders and more profit!

A Family Trust Tip That Could Save You Thousands!

March 7, 2009 by Jason58 · Leave a Comment

Family Trusts are a very effective way for anyone to protect their assets from a wide range of events that in many cases are beyond our control.

But it’s not just a matter of getting a family trust set up and leaving it alone!  There are important administrative details that simply must be managed properly.  The risks of not doing this could cause serious problems in the future, and cause an overpayment of tax to the IRD.

One of these administrative details that should be considered by you and your accountant or lawyer responsible for setting up your family trust, relates to correct trustee resolutions being made at the right time.

Under New Zealand Law, income earned by a Family Trust or Trust must have tax paid on it.

In some cases however, from a tax perspective, there can be advantages for the Trust to pay the income it has received, out to its beneficiaries.

For example, all income retained by a Trust must be taxed at the Trustees income tax rate.  Trustees are taxed at a flat rate of 33%.   If however Trustees make a decision to distribute beneficiary income, the tax that must be paid on that distribution will be levied at the marginal tax rate of the recipient beneficiary.  That can be as low as 19.5%.

If the Trustees chose to distribute beneficiary income, they must make that decision within 6 months of the balance date of the Family Trust.  In the majority of cases, this means that resolutions recording the decision to make the distribution must be prepared and executed by all Trustees by the 30th day of September of each year.
