Fantastic Dallas Personal Trainer
June 10, 2009 by Jason58
Lady Trainers To Go did a wonderful job at pairing me up with my Dallas personal trainer. She is a perfect match for my personality! I love the fact that my trainer constantly challenges me to push harder each workout. By doing so, I am getting stronger, seeing faster results and feeling more confident.
Overall, I am also feeling better and enjoying this new-found energy. Having more energy definitely helps me focus better and get more accomplished throughout the day. My personal trainer in Dallas is also very encouraging. She’s always telling me that I can do more—and she’s right! Her encouraging techniques motivate me in ways I never thought possible. Before I can protest, I find myself actually doing it. With her encouragement I’m getting more than physical strength, I’m also getting emotional and mental strength. So, not only do I feel better about myself as a person, I feel excited about the pounds and inches that keep melting away!
I also love how my trainer mixes things up in our sessions. From Pilates, to yoga, to strength training, and much more, I never know what to expect. Instead of feeling bored, I find myself looking forward to our exercise time. If you’re like me, and don’t have the motivation to get in shape alone, I recommend working out with a Dallas personal trainer from Lady Trainers To Go. It’s a great way to get the support and encouragement you need, and it will definitely help you make things happen!

Strats,
I wish you the best of luck of becoming a personal trainer. The way it works, lets pretend you are getting a job at Bally's.
You will get a base hourly rate of $xx.xx per hour. When you meet with members, you will typically give them a free work out which will last typically about an hour. Once you do that, you then offer your services which will range between $50 – $2500 for XX amount of sessions. I have several friends who are personal trainers and make great money but they also work a lot of hours.
You pay the gym a percentage of your fees.

I had this same issue a year ago April when I took on a personal trainer for weight training. I know all about muscle gain etc, but when the scale went UP 7lbs I was devastated especially because the week before the personal trainer I had hit my “lowest weight evah!” and well, it went buh-bye so fast I was really upset.Don't give up! Try using other things to gauge your successes for now?
