Cool Music for Addiction Recovery

April 30, 2009 by

Recovery is a process. It is true, from some individuals addiction recovery seems like a continuous struggle that never ends. Fortunately, it doesn’t have to be. There are several great resources to help get rid of the problem so you’re not an spending your life fighting it. In addition to established programs.

I found some cool recovery music that really put a new perspective on addiction and an inspiring way to recover. It is really good addiction recovery music but a story similar to the 12 steps that is about of returning to sanity. It’s definitely nice to here music like this. It is quite different. The album sounds kind of like a mix of NIN and stabbing westaward but with being so dismal. He’s got a few song previews on the homepage but I think that is because they are provisional before getting it professionally produced. It is great recovery music and with a new perspective that is long over due.

Note: Remember to always seek a doctor or health care specialist before taking any medical tips or if you are concerned about your physical well being or anything of this type.

    Nothing beats healthy eating.

Concentrate on overall fitness and maintaining a healthy heart.
For best results, eat six times a day. Try balancing your meals 70% protein 30% carbs.

Eat a combination of lean protein and healthy carbohydrates every few hours throughout the day to speed up fat loss and maintain stable energy levels.
Eat your proteins from lean sources (Chicken, fish, boiled eggs, lean beef with all the fat drained off) and beans (lentil, lima, chile or any type of bean)

For your carbs stay away from breads, pasta and rice. They do provide energy but they are high in calories. Choose leafy vegetables, carrots, raisins, broccoli and fresh fruits. Weight train intensely, three times per week on alternating days with aerobic exercise three times per week.

Drink 10 to 20 glasses water per day NO SODA
    Good Luck !!!

Eat Right and do Cardio (jogging, aerobics or bike riding 30minutes per day) to burn fat.
