Why do people buy car magazines? There are different answers, depending on the interests of the reader.

Some readers just want to know about the latest model BMWs, Cadillac, Hondas, Fords, etc. They will watch out for the magazines like Car, Car World, Auto Car, Auto Express, etc. They can be termed as the general interest titles of car magazines.

Some people need news of the latest and the most powerful cars – the types that go to F1 and other races. F1 Racing, Auto Sport, etc are for people like this. They keep themselves updated to the latest technological innovations and the best of news updates.

DIY enthusiasts pick magazines like Car Mechanics, Max Power, etc. They are magazines for the DIY enthusiasts and come with tips, guidelines and advice of bettering their cars by getting under the hood, modifying engines and the like.

Then there are people looking for car pricing guides and they pick the titles like Parkers Car Price Guide.

There are also separate titles for enthusiasts of classics, minis, etc. Also enjoy car lifestyle choices like Octane, Evo, Custom Car, etc.

Reading this much, you know you can pick a car magazine for whatever reason you deem fit to your situation. If you just want the glossy pictures of the finest cars, almost any car magazine would do. They bring to you the latest news, technological features and guidelines to better using your cars.

Another notable feature of all different car magazines is the test drives, which tell you how a new car or an old car is performing under given conditions. The test drives are always according to standards. The results can be repeated under given conditions for the given cars. This gives you a good idea of how your choice of car would perform.

Whatever your intention is, there is always a car magazine for you. You just have to find the one that fits you.

you should have 2 pairs of outputs… you will have to do what they call a "bridge"
basicaly you output wire that goes from you amp to you sub will be on the "+" of on pair and the "-" on the other pair

    (+)( – ) (+)( – )
    |__SUBS__ |

    like that
but if it whats i think you trying to do
    you cant
1000watt rms is what your amp puts out at a steady rate
peak power is what it can attain AT ALL TIMES so you cant have it set at peak power at all times
1000w rms mean that the current will go below 1000 and just above 1000 when it gets a good kick but will generaly stay at 1000
plus if you were able to keep you amp at peak as soon as you would get a drum sound it would blow the amp

Ah yes, they were by Auto Express. That makes me rather more doubtful than it was anything more than a flight of fancy to be honest.
